In 2018, Dr. Ameca Cooley founded FEEE INC — Financial Economic Education Empowerment — in Chicago with a clear purpose: to give small and mid-sized business owners the same access to capital and technology that large corporations take for granted.
Dr. Cooley had watched too many capable, hardworking entrepreneurs fail — not because their businesses weren't viable, but because they couldn't access funding, couldn't navigate the system, and couldn't afford the technology infrastructure needed to compete. She built FEEE INC to close that gap.
What started as a business funding advisory firm quickly expanded. As Dr. Cooley worked with clients across the United States, a second pattern emerged: even businesses that secured funding were being held back by outdated technology — slow internet, disconnected phone systems, and tools that didn't scale. So FEEE INC expanded to address both sides of the equation.
Today, FEEE INC is the only firm in the country that addresses both business funding and technology infrastructure under one roof. Since 2018, we have served over 1,500 businesses globally — and that number grows every month.

Dr. Ameca Cooley is the founder and chief executive of FEEE INC, a Chicago-based business advisory firm she established in 2018 to address the systemic barriers that prevent small and mid-sized businesses from accessing capital and technology infrastructure.
With over a decade of experience in business finance, corporate structuring, and technology implementation, Dr. Cooley has guided more than 1,500 businesses globally through funding readiness, compliance structuring, and technology upgrades. Her clients include startups, women-owned businesses, minority-owned enterprises, and established SMBs across the United States.
Dr. Cooley is a Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) Chicago affiliate and a recognized authority on business funding access for underserved entrepreneurs.
